Call for Art: 2021 Phoenix Art Gala

You are invited to apply to have your artwork in the Silent Art Auction at the virtual Phoenix Art Gala on Thursday, March 25, 2021 sponsored by the Healing Arts Project, Inc.

Please see below for important deadlines and details for submitting your work.

Space is limited so please send in your application right away. This year, we would like the entries to be sent out as photographs. Please take a photo of the art work as well as possible with a cell phone and email to Lynece Benton-Stewart, the Executive Director of HAPI at

We would like to include a variety of materials and artistic creations, such as ceramics, collages combining found materials, sculptures of wire and other materials such as papier-mâché, paintings, drawings, jewelry, and weaving. We will include as many of the artworks on applications received as space allows. Anyone in the mental health or addiction community is welcome to apply to have artwork in the Silent Auction.

Virtual Phoenix Art Gala

Funds raised at the Gala will be used to serve artists in HAPI. You will receive 60% of the price of your artwork sold, and HAPI will receive 40%.

HAPI will provide a range of artwork for guests at the Gala to bid on by Silent Auction. Framed artwork will be displayed as well as unframed artwork from art classes. All artwork will have a bid sheet with an opening bid set by HAPI.
